If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your pendant within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, minus a 30% restocking fee. This 30-day return policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

What does your warranty cover?

We offer 3-year and lifetime warranties at checkout. Our warranties includes comprehensive coverage for refinishing, polishing, loss of diamonds or gemstones, damages, and broken chains.

Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days via USPS. For custom pieces, please allow up to 3 weeks for our artisans to meticulously handcraft your unique item.
